Dr. Ashley Kay Pendrick, PharmD, BCGP
Ashley is the Founder & CEO of Prosper Rx Consulting and a lead instructor for the Primary Care Pharmacy Institute (PCPI). She is a Top 100 Innovator and Entrepreneur and awarded 2024’s Healthcare Excellence award from Health2.0. Her consulting exprerience innovates the healthcare space providing streamlined strategies for medical clinics and health systems to integrate a clinical pharmacist on their teams for improved patient care, reducing hospitalizations and harm from medications all while increasing revenue. Prior to consulting, she trained and managed a MTM call center where she earned her board certification in geriatrics. Later, she transitioned into her dream role in Learning & Development, where she found her passion in developing education and facilitating educational and training programs. That dream abruptly ended but she persisted in consulting and now teaching other pharmacists how to start clinical consulting services.
When Ashley isn’t teaching, she’s advocating for the pharmacist profession inspiring them to chase their dreams and pursue harmony with a fulfilling career suited to fit their lifestyle. She has a diabetes prevention holistic practice helping her community to overcome diabetes and she continues to collaborate with physicians on optimizing patient treatment regimens as part of an interdisciplinary team. She is on a mission to increase patient and prescriber access to pharmacists through valuable clinical pharmacy services for everyone’s sake.
Dr. Marissa Blumenthal, PharmD, BCPS
Marissa is the Co-Founder, COO, & CPO of Prosper Rx Consulting and a lead instructor for the Primary Care Pharmacy Institute (PCPI). She leads with honesty, openness, and a genuine desire to see pharmacists succeed in clinical practice. Marissa doesn’t just share her wins—she shares her struggles, lessons learned, and the real path it takes to build something meaningful in collaborative clinical pharmacy. Her down-to-earth teaching style gives pharmacists the confidence and tools to turn their skills into impact, independence, and sustainable patient care. Marissa has run 4 Hospitals as the only Pharmacist, is considered a Health System Pharmacist, and has worked in 4 specialty outpatient ambulatory care practices before creating her own.
When Marissa isn’t teaching PCPI, she is creating jobs for pharmacists in unique clinical practices, including creating a model for Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Physical Therapy Clinic patients and Sports Pharmacy, along with her passion in coaching swimming. Marissa decided to leave health system pharmacy to go create her own Clinical Sports Pharmacist practice, where with Ashley’s help, she has turned her dream into reality: Team USA Swimmer patient care provider! Now she wants to help inspire Pharmacists to believe in themselves to achieve their patient care dreams through PCPI!

Coaching, training and mentoring is a land mine in terms of pricing. Coaching 1:1 with experienced business coaches can cost 10s of thousands and many programs are in the 5 figures.
Coaching has no fixed prices.
Our structure is reflective of our limited time around other things we’re doing: running our own consulting business, running our clinical practices, home life with a busy family lives.
We prefer less clients in our coaching & real community alongside our recorded program to nurture the community as it’s the best way we feel to learn from others.

A year of access, support and training means you can get started when time is right for your life and you can take time off if needed along the way.
Our VIP Coaching services provide more access and support from us via DMs in our community and regular calls while our training and education provides support and resources needed to get up and running.
